ST3 featuresThe lesson
The time goes into the correction
Coaching on Marksman ST3 uses the same picture for the coach and the shooter. The barrel path and the impact are already there, so the session is spent changing the movement. You isolate one variable, repeat the problem target, and keep the figures.

For the debrief
What you can train
- 01
Name the fault you can see
“You stopped the gun” is a line that flattens. “You were behind” is a gap on the picture you both saw.
- 02
One variable
Feet only. Hold point only. Eyes open. The rest of the presentation stays still.
- 03
The second shot
Reload at the shoulder when the drill is a follow-up, so the sight picture is not rebuilt from scratch.
- 04
From the simulator to the line
Shooters who trained only on Marksman, with no live ammunition, have competed at national and international level in Romania and in Poland, in 2020 and in 2025.
What you see
- 01
Immediately
Replay beside the shooter while the picture is still fresh.
- 02
The debrief
Aim trail, shot consistency, path align, follow-through angle, shot stability, reaction time, and pre-trigger time can leave with the shooter.
Realism, safety, ethics
Weather and daylight do not decide whether the lesson happens. The coach still decides what is safe to repeat.
Questions
How does coaching work on Marksman ST3?
The coach and the shooter look at the same barrel path and impact. One variable changes at a time, and the problem target can be repeated until the movement changes.
What can you take away from a session?
The debrief includes the aim trail, shot consistency, path align, follow-through angle, shot stability, reaction time, and pre-trigger time.
Can simulator-only training reach competition level?
Shooters who trained only on Marksman, with no live ammunition, have competed at national and international level in Romania and in Poland, in 2020 and in 2025. The record they trained on is the same one a coach reads: aim trail, shot consistency, path align, follow-through angle, shot stability, reaction time, and pre-trigger time.
The rest of the system
Figures are published Marksman ST3 specifications: 0.18 MOA tracking, about 1 ms from shot to screen, 235 calibers, 4,700+ rifle and handgun profiles, and 12,600 shotgun combinations.
