Vision
Safer, more confident shooters
We want shooters everywhere to be safer, more confident, and more accomplished — in hunting, sport shooting, and professional training — and to enjoy the craft more because they understand their technique.
Who we are
Swedish engineers building the world's most precise shooting simulators since 2002. We design, assemble, and support systems that train hunters, sport shooters, and professional agencies with real firearms — not laser substitutes.
Vision
We want shooters everywhere to be safer, more confident, and more accomplished — in hunting, sport shooting, and professional training — and to enjoy the craft more because they understand their technique.
Mission
We maintain leadership in rifles, shotguns, and handguns training simulators through consistent innovation and cutting-edge engineering. We serve customers with respect, integrity, and speed — delivering system solutions that advance their training goals.
Promise
Marksman will elevate your game. From room design and installation to coaching analysis and ongoing support, we help you train with real rifles, shotguns, and handguns, real ballistics, and feedback you can act on.
Since 2002
Marksman began when founder Tommy Andersson set out to show clay shooters exactly where their pellets went. The first ST-2 systems shipped in 2002. Today the ST3 platform carries that tracker lineage forward at 0.18 MOA — still designed and assembled in Sweden.

Product development stays close to the field — from R&D in Sweden to installations coached by teams who run simulators every week.

CEO & Managing Director
After engineering and finance roles in Paris, Baudouin opened the first Marksman training centre in France — 12,000+ coached sessions before acquiring Marksman Training Systems in 2019 to steer product development and global strategy.

Founder & CTO
A lifelong hunter and competition shooter, Tommy built the first hit-position tracker in the mid-nineties and shipped the original Marksman simulators in 2002 when two Swedish hunting associations placed the founding orders.
