SUPPORT AND SERVICE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD
Free support and service is granted during the first 12 months after delivery. Included in the support and service is:
- A telephone help desk service provided by MTS AB or its distributors for all questions and problems regarding the simulator.
- Updates of the installed software when new editions are released.
SUPPORT AND SERVICE AGREEMENT
After the warranty period has expired, a service and support agreement is offered. It serves to guarantee the owner continued support and service after the guarantee period has ended and includes:
- Telephone help desk support regarding all questions concerning the maintenance and operation of the system;
- Free upgrade of the simulator software. The upgrade relates to improvements and extension of general functions and disciplines for which the customer has a license.
- Corrective service. The supplier will provide repair or replacement of defect hardware components. Labor costs are covered by the agreement. Spare parts cost are not covered.
We strive to keep down the turnaround time for ST-2 system service to an absolute minimum and do what we can to keep your system up and running. If necessary we provide replacement of faulty units during the repair time.
